The consultation form may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, project location, property and project type, project description, estimated timeline, estimated investment range, contact consent, and optional images, sketches, or inspiration files. Do not submit financial-account, government-identifier, medical, or other sensitive personal information.

The hosting provider may process ordinary request and security data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver, protect, and maintain the website. AMBIENT DESIGN LLC does not use advertising cookies on the current site.

Information may be used to review project fit, respond to the inquiry, communicate about requested services, understand scope and timing, prepare a proposal, protect the form from misuse, operate and secure the website, maintain legitimate business records, and comply with legal obligations. Estimated investment is used only as project-planning context and is not a quoted price.

Personal information is not sold for money through this website.

Uploaded files are stored separately from inquiry metadata in access-controlled cloud storage. Inquiry records and associated file references are retained only as reasonably needed for review, communication, project administration, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and legitimate records. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure; upload only materials you have the right to share and avoid sensitive personal information.
